Recipes may change due to market availability, time restraints, food inspired changes or GROUP FOOD  URGES & REQUEST! This camp is dedicated to my kids, their food desires and quest for challenges in our kitchen! See you in my gardens and my kitchen!!

PASSION IS THE MAIN INGREDIENT!!!!! :-)

  Kids feel cool and confident in the kitchen at Passionate Platter. Let’s start with "mis en place" of all ingredients, kitchen safety, techniques of chopping, peeling , fold , wisk,  cream, dry vs. wet, measurements, microwave, bake , boil, saute’. My Kids will identify and pick fresh herbs from the garden ,plant seeds and experience global flavors. Relaxed, fun & homey environment, each child will work at their own pace to feel accomplished and comfortable in the kitchen. Recipe book included. Aromatherapy recipes and garden lessons daily. Our kids are happy in the garden and the kitchen!  

LITTLE  ITALY !  Pizza, fresh home-made pasta alfredo! meatballs and more!    

DIP INTO COOL PICKS !~Dip your toes in the pool and your fingers into the food, pickles,  hamburger sliders, baked potato fries, chocolate fondue fresh ice cream, BROWNIES!

DON’T WORRY BE HAPPY and …BAKE!   Ham & cheese in puff pastry, Top secret recipe - Olive Garden bread sticks & salad, Teddy Bear bread, large cookie cake.

PAN- ASIAN-LATIN  LUAU ~That’s French and Asian flavors with a Salsa  twist! crepes, spring rolls, chicken teriyaki, pineapple, cucumber salad.

NETWORK  FOODIES -BE THE CELEBRITY CHEF! & IRON CHEF! Favorite recipes from food network chefs ~ let Ms Linda”off the hook “ tell her  what your favorite recipe is …And “BAM!” WE”LL HAVE NOTHING BUT “yum-o” dishes to eat .  This class is for you , I  will have a menu of Louisiana  Serendipity !  & CUPCAKE WARS !  but it may change depending on your  suggestions ! “Are you ready for a throwdown ? “   AWARDS CEREMONY !  KUDOS TO THE CHEFS !
